Last November I had posted that I was working with Creative BioScience and began taking their African Mango 1200 supplement. I continued to take it for 90 days as part of their 90 day challenge. As I mentioned in my last post I had no side effects from the supplement and the only negative I had noticed was how I could not have any caffeine while taking this supplement, as it really increased the effects of the caffeine. I had been wanting to cut out caffine so that wasn’t a problem as I had substitued with herbal coffee.
I continued with my regular workout which consisted of my 4-5 days a week on my treadmill, some strength training and kettlebell excercise, since I had won an Empower Fitness blog kettlebell giveaway. Since the start of taking African Mango 1200 I have lost an 1.5 inches on my waist, my body is more toned, and my clothing fits much better. My scale does not show any changes other than a couple of pounds difference. And I am assuming this is due to muscle weighing more than fat, as my body does look more toned. I would like to lose the 10 pounds of fat that I gained since last fall when I had 2 minor injuries that put a halt to my exercising and usually active days.
It was my dumbness, but I kept eating as though I was training, while sitting on my butt.
note to self: do the math before hitting submit next time. lol
